What do you have for Christmas Eve dinner?

Or lunch? Do you do anything special? I've just realised that I have failed to plan it! I have planned Christmas day and boxing day but not Eve!!

Ham with jacket potatoes & cauliflower cheese. Plenty of leftover ham then for the rest of Xmas

I'm cooking my ham now so we'll probably have that with salad and new potatoes, and maybe some Raclette.

We always go to PIL for Christmas day so Christmas Eve night has always been DH and I alone chill out time. All the Christmas wrapping has to be done by 5pm. I sort tea, bath the DC's and put them to bed (apart from DS4 who goes to bed at the same time as we do). Then we sit down with a takeaway curry and watch a Christmas film.

We have roast ham and jacket spuds.
