we'll be having this classic MN dish on Boxing Day, I have gammon and coke but no real idea how to actually cook it!
I'll use the slow cooker I think, does the ham have to be totally covered in coke? Its just to go in fresh baked rolls so should I bother with a glaze?
How do I figure out how long a 2.2kgs piece of meat should be cooked for (slow cooker)?
