I am getting increasingly stressed. My childrens main christmas presents are currently residing in the "international hub" (here, in the UK) and have been since the 17th.....what is happening with them? why are they not here yet..it says "express 48" on the service so I'd have thought they'd be here by now. I'm getting so worried!!

I have never had a problem with parcelforce. When was the delivery date supposed to be? Are they overdue? Sometimes the supplier can act for you if they have missed the anticipated delivery day. It is probably due to Christmas isn't it!!! All those people ordering through the web just a bit lager than they should have! It will all get to you. There are 5 days to go.

Oh no really??? I am going to have meltdown! It is coming from the US and sent by a family member so nobody to complain too :-( I guess I need to start thinking of some alternatives for the kids!!!!

I would phone the office. I have had a parcel suddenly be put on the truck by doing that, in another case the parcel had gone to my local office but the card through the door had been "forgotten".

Are they due a customs payment? Even as a gift you need to pay if the value is over about £35. It took a month for our invoice to arrive...
