Which stuffing do you use for dinner?

I'm hosting Christmas dinner this year, just 4 adults and one child.

I want to prepare some stuff in advance. Does anyone precook their stuffing and freeze it and what recipe/brand do you use?

There is a lovely recipe in the sainsburys christmas recipe which I want to make. I will try to link or will post it on here later if you cant get hold of a copy of the sainsburys book.

I do sausagemeat, apple and chestnut stuffing, which I precook and freeze and usually then a sage and onion type stuffing on the day.
