Our dd is 7 wo, and DH is thrilled to be her dad, but a bit unsure of what to do with her, as I'm bfing etc. he's also crazy busy with work, but that's another story...

Any ideas for some gifts for him either to celebrate that he's a dd, or maybe useful bits e could use with her? Perhaps she'll need to grow into them...

We have a baby bjorn for him to use, but I'd hasn't, that would be perfect.

I've given these pint & half pint tshirts as gifts before (including to my DH) and they're always loved and talked about.

My ds is 4mo and for dhs birthday got him a book called something like my daddy is the best for them to read together. He loved it.

Having a budget Christmas otherwise would've been very tempted to get him a scalectrix from Ds for his present!

I got my DH a thermal mug with photos of our DCs on as he leaves early for work and always takes a coffee with him. You could put photos of them together on it or one of the other photo gifts of he wouldn't like that.

I also got DH a mug from our DS (his birthday was a few weeks ago) - with a jokey sort of 'note' from DS saying that he should take it to work so that he will always be reminded of his real job.

Not On The High Street has a whole section of gifts for fathers which includes the pint and a half t-shirt:

They do next day delivery (although it is quite pricey in my opinion) if you are worried about it coming before Xmas.

For my DH's first christmas as a dad he was given a bottle of whiskey from DS with a letter saying it was to be kept and hidden away until DS 18th birthday when they can open it and enjoy a drink together. Something like this could be nice as a one off gift.

For things now, a rubber duck for him to use in the bath with her, books are always good, or a special photo in a frame for office desk or coffee mug. And a I Love Daddy sleepsuit/bib.

You can get bottles personalised but I didn't have the time to order one online so the bottle was marked and written on with permanent marker (it was just a posh bottle that was on offer at the supermarket) and is now hidden away in the depths of a cupboard.
