Nursery key worker gift?

I can't take in anything edible due to strict no nuts policy. Teachers - what small token gifts are most appreciated? I may end up getting for all 4 room staff as they equally care for DD. She is 18 months. Key worker is a guy, other staff are girls. No more than £10 each. Totally stuck and don't want to give them cliche or tat gifts. We'll make a nice Christmas / thank you card for each too. TIA!

When I was a nursery nurse I recieved a mini bottle of wine with glass set, flowers, a plant, smellies gift sets, notebook & pen and gift vouchers. One year a parent did us a lucky dip type thing we each got 3 things from the bag. There were lipglosses, hand creams, mini soaps & chocolates in there. All were equally appreciated.
