Exchanges question..

Not strictly christmas although it does relate to a christmas item...Does anyone know if you buy an item when it's discounted and then need to change it for a different size but it's no longer discounted can you do a straight swap or do you need to pay the difference? Just done myseld out of around £6 by exchanging a gift but requesting the value to go onto a giftcard first (as was returning 2 items and only wished toexchangeone of them) instead of a straight exchange. Gutted!

and to make matters worse - discount is still available online (but couldn't have got my money back and then rebought online as it was someone else who bought the items initially so I only had a gift receipt.

can you not use the gift voucher online

and you should be able to just swop the sizes around. any good shop would let you

Thanks wondering soul - too late now I think - it's done and dusted.would cost petrol money and parking to get back to the shop again and they'd already transferred it from a gift receipt to an exchange gift card so think I've lost out now as no longer have original items.oh well-you live and learn.
