What can I buy dc1s key worker at nursery? And should I buy something for the other nursery workers as well?

I got DD's keyworker some nice handcream as I figured they are washing their hands/using gel a lot. She actually commented on how nice it was and very practical too. She in her 40s so something like that might not be quite so appreciated by an 18 year old! Other years I have just bought a box of biscuits for all the staff in the room to share.
