Alan Ahlberg Playmates - got this one in a charity shop and it is brilliant - lots of little figures to insert into slits in the page to make different scenes.

I would need to get into cupboard of doom - as probably got more stashed there but have definitely got:-

BUT having bit of a panic because since buying the roman mysteries book, dd1 lost interest in the one she was reading. It came at a time when she had loads of other books to read too - a percy jackson from book club and a couple of helen moss mysteries which she loves and had come into the library on request. She had been really enjoying it but it went through a bit of a lull and all the other books eclipsed it. I could give her the tom gates and get diary of wimpy kid for dd2 but she is already getting dwk dvd and we have 2 dwk books already. I have seen the medusa project series (on book people - FC only buys cheap book sets) which dd1 hasn't read at all but sound a bit like her interests. Or I could give her the Roman mysteries anyway. (if she doesn't have it now it can either roll over to her birthday, be split up for friends birthdays or be given as part of party bag for her spy party).

We've got ds who will be 11 months 3 that's not my books. All Christmas ones. Dd whose 5 has got Charlie and the chocolate factory pop up book- it looks amazing and can't wait to see her face!
