So, any nice recipes or favourites that you make? I'm a bit bored of blinis and faux caviar that I normally do.

Would ideally like something I could make in advance and freeze but don't mind a bit of fiddling on the day.

Slice a baguette and thinly spread both sides of each slice with butter. Spread one side with Boursin-type garlic and herb cheese and cover with grated cheese. Freeze. Cook from frozen at 200°c for 5-10 minutes until golden brown and sizzly. I love doing nibbles to go with drinks, I do
