Any good suggestions - ideally something that will be enjoyed and used up / passed on due to travelling/space issues.

Another thread sorted sibling present - just ordered a Makedo kit which looks fab :) So something nice for little one needed now . . .

I don't know how much you spend but dd is just 3 and would love anything crafty. She got a set of tissue paper, Pritt stick and card shapes recently and adored it. You can get mister maker kits. Or what about some play dough ?

Sticker books!

Craft kit looks good, but too heavy I think - its to post overseas. Something sticker-y is a good idea

Oh I know what'd be good a fuzzy felts

Argos stock some great carry cases of playmobil and they are in their 2 for £15 offer so I have bought lots for birthday party presents lately.

They are good value, light and entertaining. The only thing that vexes me is the 'for girls' and 'for boys' labelling, but obviously you can choose whichever set you like...

I think hama bead sets would be quite light to post.

Fuzzy felt is a great idea, don't think they have them either. Owing to big sibling there is lots of Playmobil in the house!

On the fuzzyfelt theme, I found this gruffalo fuzzy board - do you reckon your just-3 year olds would like it? (birthday before xmas, so literally just 3)

My dd 2.9 is really into dressing up. Her favourite is a witch outfit from halloween - can put it on herself. But also loves pretending to be a doctor I know there is a doc McStuffins set with a doctors cloak and stethascope might be a hit.

Takver · 30/11/2013 14:36

Dressing up a good idea, but parents are both doctors, so maybe not that Grin

Yep the gruffalo one would be brilliant
