boozy cream....

last year (I'm sure it was last year [hmm] <---thinking) we had some boozy cream to go with pud rather than brandy butter or sauce but I've searched for...baileys cream, brandy cream, wiskey cream...with no joy... Anyone any idea what I'm thinking of so I can add to my christmas shop? Or did I maybe imagine it & diy it? [confused]

I know the stuff you mean, cream with Courvoisier or Grand Marnier type.

Unless you want to have a few trial runs with some whipped cream and Baileys...... how many flavours of Baileys are there now?

I'm glad I didn't imagine it...although diy-ing it to try sounds like a fab idea

Waitrose have Brandy Cream for sale online. I haven't seen it in my local store yet but am sure it will be stocked nearer the big day. It is. £2.25 for 300ml and is sweetened cream with Cognac and brandy. I remember it being very tasty!
