I did, stupidly from amazon as they are coming from China (didn't read the small print). They are due to come just after DD's party, where they were meant to be party bag fillers, so they'll just have to go in next year's bags. Wish I had got them from ebay where they have a few UK sellers selling them but was seduced by the low price.

Mine came yesterday after several weeks. Not tried them as would have to rip packaging to do that. I ordered the light up shoelaces from the same seller but they've not come yet.

briefly contemplated 'complaining' to Amazon, then realised a) the set cost 43p and b) even if they sent a replacemnt, I wouldn't get it by Christmas.

So the DCs will get three each, instead of four, and lucky DH will get a lone red one
