Mince pie question!

Do I freeze them cooked or uncooked? Which is best? Thank you

I think uncooked. Then you can just take as many as you need each time, thaw them and bake them freshly especially if you want to serve them warm.

I always cook them and freeze them so I have some ready. I let them defrost then I warm them up and they're fine. I think you'd have a job trying to keep them neat whilst you froze them, wouldn't you? (Unless you froze them in the tray you would cook them in).

I usually freeze mine uncooked in the tray, then transfer them into a freezer bag so I can use the tray again.
