Best perfume for DM?

My DM (in her 60s) wants some naice perfume for Christmas. I know perfume is a personal thing and not everyone likes the same scent, but I don't know where to start! I know she likes Hugo Boss Orange, and she used to have Anais Anais back in the day.

Any favourites among MNers?

I love getting perfume and I have always liked it apart from the notable exception of Agent Provocateur, which was just horrible.

How about something by Chanel? My Mum is in her sixties and I think in her youth Chanel was the epitome of luxury living so it seems to mean quite a lot to her.

I love Very Valentino by Valentino.- it's just gorgeous. Have a sniff at a deparment store!

She might like Chanel Allure or Nectarine Blossom and Honey by Jo Malone.

What about one of those sets that has a few perfumes? As there is bound to be one she likes.

My DM likes Clinique Aromatics, and DMIL likes Chanel No 5. I'm (nearly 40) getting Vera Wang 'Look' this year.

I have and like Hugo boss orange. My other favourite is Ralph Lauren romance so maybe she would like that. It is nice and quite light, flowery. Also Chloé love is another nice one.
