Found out today someone has hacked into my tesco account, boosted my £100 tesco vouchers to £200 , spent them and delivered to an address 300 miles away. Gutted - that was the kids presents and my experience of today - spending all day on phone- is it may be feb before getting vouchers back. I know nobody can help - just wanting a bit of hand-holding

Can you find the email of Tesco's CEO? I did this with NEXT and the issue was sorted out within 24 hours.

Post on Tesco's Facebook and Twitter. Speak to your local newspaper. Speak to your local councillor about the police response.

has it been done online? can't you see the address the parcel was delivered to yourself? It should not be too difficult to then find out their phone number at least.

It does not help with YOUR presents, but I would call the recipients and let them know what happened. Pretty daft to send to a traceable address though.

Someone at Tesco has told me I can do an electronic redemption - apparently it means that I can order via customer service which she said is a faff but will mean I still get to buy my presents but they don't just refund me the vouchers.

Despite 6 calls to them yesterday, they stopped the Hudl going out but dispatched the rug and light this am!

Chipping - I rang the local Reading police station and was told that I need to report to my local one which I have done. According to the man I spoke to, although the delivery address is Reading, the crime could have taken place anywhere. He then suggested it could have been someone in America just hacking into accounts and mixing up club card orders for fun!!!!!
