dinkydoos if you can get to a costco, they do great wrapping paper that's really nice quality and double sided, so you get 2 patterns for the price of one. It's about £7 a roll, but it's about 50m long so it works out at 14p-ish a metre which I think is pretty reasonable, even when you compare it to some of the supermarket cheap stuff which is significantly poorer quality.

They also have some that is a little bit more expensive and more metallic/fancy patterns or some that is extra height (both single sided I think, I haven't ever bought it).

I bought a roll 3 years ago and have been using at it a lot - but still haven't got half way through it and despite this I have bought another roll this year as I fancied a bit of a change Blush

IHeartKingThistle · 21/11/2013 00:23

Figured it out! Found these rose lights less than half price from Argos.

zipzap · 21/11/2013 00:38

neddle which post it notes did you order please (and where from) - and how long did they take to come? Just wondering if I have got time to risk getting some for ds's teachers...

I started to look at some on ebay last week, got distracted and now all the post dates from hong kong and china all seem to have jumped a couple of weeks to christmas eve and beyond, so wondering if it is worth it because I am too tight to buy the same thing at twice the price from a UK seller. However if yours came within a reasonable time frame then it would probably be worth risking it - and going with the people you ordered from, rather than doing an eenymeenyminymoh to choose somebody!

cheers Grin

Not particularly bargainous but seeing as there is a Tardis it needs to be done...

Lakeland have Tardis gubbins such as Tardis teapot (which is reduced but only by a couple of pounds), dalek cake stand, \k9 and cyber men cookie cutters, cake decorations, party stuff, cups, those scary angel chocolate moulds... loads of different stuff (some of which has been discounted).

I am so loving the tardis. Tardis Grin I had seen the dr Who stuff before (mine was the dd with the birthday who wanted the dr who cake way back on about thread 6) I might get some of the Lakeland stuff for her.

(dd is 10 and so really appreciating the true awesome wonder of Dr Who for the first time....we are waiting on series 4 box set at the mo, we treat ourselves to an episode every afternoon if homework is finished)

Anyway- picturesinthefirelight- to get the ££s on bathandunwind just click on top right hand bit where the other price is (mine was automatically in euro)

zipzap
I bought some great funky post it notes and some personalised notes from eBay that took days to arrive.
They were sent within the U.K. and were very cheap.

zipzap elephants instore they also had dog and floral versions - mini stick pads, bigger sticky pads and lists. Or plainer but still practical should be able to find a works code at some point to make them more bargainous.

CrotchStitch · 21/11/2013 08:12

Morning all Tardis
I have been paid, I had my large and not particularly bargainous Joules order waiting in my basket, only to find that Topcashback was undergoing maintenance. Now I have found out that the 25% off code I was about to use has expired, to be replaced with several x off of y codes instead

Does anyone know if they are likely to do another 25% off code before Christmas or should I just suck it up and order while everything is still in stock?

Littlemousewithcloggson · 21/11/2013 08:46

Sip, never got mine either so contacted seller who offered to refund them or resend them.

Morrisons have terrys original chocolate oranges, Christmas design, for 95p and boxes of Terrys chocolates for £1.50
