How does free returns work with Boden? I ordered some stuff last week when they had 22% off everything and ordered a couple of items in toe sizes as didn't know which would fit. I've just taken them to the post office and was told I'd have to pay. Everything I've returned before has been free so I thought they always did free returns but it seems not. Is there a way I can get out of paying to send the stuff back? I now remember why I dislike some aspects of internet shopping, especially as I had to go to two different parcel depots this morning to collect things I'd missed last week.

Thanks for the Pumpkin Patch code! I was too speedy to see the 20% off one but have just bought 5 things for £25 delivered! Saved over £30 + postage!!! I love their clothes but stopped shopping there once our local store closed and tbh I could only ever justify it when there was a sale on as well! But I've always found their stuff to be really good quality.
