For the first time in ages I actually have a decent amount of time off over christmas and I'd really like to bake some Christmassy treats.

What do you love to bake at christmas time? And what's your favourite treats to eat?

eidsvolds cranberry and white chocolate fudge remains a favourite since discovered on christmas threads about 5 years ago. I've adapted slightly and add a spot of orange juice and orange rind.

we also make flavoured marshmallows as gifts. they are yummy and very easy to make.
