My very own and very first review for Mumsnet Grin

Clr2014 · 09/11/2013 13:30

Amazon furby booms are back up in price! I wonder if they are watching these threads and having a right laugh at us scurrying about!

greedygoose · 09/11/2013 13:32

My dd (5) LOVES this rainbow in her room, she uses it every night before sleep. It is a really good price here rainbow

DrankSangriaInThePark · 09/11/2013 13:34

Well, Murad are certainly having a laugh. Still no email (apart from the cancellation) and no refund.

VoldemortsNipple · 09/11/2013 13:36

OvO not PvP stupid phone I've just went back on Amazon to read the reviews and Furby Boom is back up to £60. So thanks again for the great bargain. Smile

hoppingmad · 09/11/2013 13:36

Darn, think the Furby would be a good gift after all. Will need to see if it comes back down in price - not paying full whack for it!

Somersaults · 09/11/2013 13:38

Greedygoose I would LOVE that rainbow for me DD but she has got far too much already thanks to this thread. :(

Coveredinweetabix · 09/11/2013 13:39

Thanks to whoever posted last night about the reductions on Amazon on leapfrog stuff & the toot toot garage. MIL had only asked yesterday for some suggestions for the DC so that's that sorted!

RhondaJean · 09/11/2013 13:40

Think I'll stick to my Clinique from now on cupcake. I'm disgusted that they sent me an email claiming Thr zest gift was out of stock when obviously it was a complete lie.

LaTrucha · 09/11/2013 13:55

I am searching folornly for a night light that will be bright enough, not too bright and will stay on all night. I know it's off topic, but if anyone can recommend one, I'd be really grateful.

Thanks for the Very code. Smile

jamtoast12 · 09/11/2013 13:56

I have received Murad today as well.

I got the whole lot Blush

I rang them on Thursday to make a complaint about them not honouring the order and explained I had spoken to a lovely lady on Monday and she had said the code stacking was fine.

The man I spoke to said that the main problem wasn't the stacking but was that they only had 100 of the Zest freebies and had received over 350 orders over the weekend.

He asked if I still wanted the book with the 40% off and I said yes so he took my order and said he would speak to a manager and see what he could do about the Zest freebie as I had been told I could have it on Monday.

I signed for it today and inside I got;

The book
A 200ml Refreshing Cleanser
A Renewing eye cream
An intensive resurfacing peel
and a Perfecting duo gift box that has a firming cream and perfecting day cream in it.

All for £11 odd

I shall be trying some of it out tonight but the book is safely put away for my sister for her birthday in January.

Coldcadence if you're about - I know you said you bought the Seagrass baskets from argos - you couldn't just tell me the dimensions could you?

I am making hampers for couples we know - his and hers, with pampering stuff and hot chocolate and mini baileys for the women and beer and assorted nibbles for the men. I also hope to get lots of freebies and the stuff from the multiple £5 flavourly boxes I bought!

I also got my beer 52 box, very happy with it, going to split it up for hampers and also make DH a hamper for a 'date voucher' I am giving him.

Lidl do some lovely small terrine and pate jars for a few quid and have some other lovely kids presents in at the moment, wooden farms and dollhouses.

Due to this thread though, DD is totally bought for!
