Christmas Fizz

I'm not a drinker IRL but I fancy a bottle of something sparkling to shlurp with Christmas Dinner (once I've done all the cooking. I can't drink and cook) Blush

But I don't like a dry wine so champagne would be no good.

(It would only be me that drank it, DH is beer)

White, sparkling, sweet. Not too expensive. Tolerates being chilled.

Any suggestions
TIA Smile

I'm not a drinker and wine and champagne are lost on me but I do like M+S flavoured fizzes. Great for lightweight drinkers

Ooh are they like Bucks Fizz or Kir Royale type ?
I could cope with those, they'd be sweet?

You can get good quality sparkling Rose wines now? I even tried a rose Prosecco at the family gathering last week. Would go okay with turkey I think?

Totally agree with Oldraver, the M&S flavoured fizzes are lovely if you're not a big wine fan. They do the Bucks Fizz and Kir Royale ones then there's a Cosmo Fizz and a Pink Fizz, which is my favourite. I'm going to have that for Christmas dinner and will serve it with frozen cranberries in the glass... Very festive!!!
