18th thread

If lost then see message 2 on the first page for the codes/info collated from previous threads (to save slow loading for those using phones).

Apologies that the long code list isn't fully updated from the last thread - I've been ill and haven't been able to keep up. If there's anything good which I can add to the next OP please will you fill me in and I'll add it? Thanks

Are there any Boden offers out there? I finally got my £10 voucher today, weeks after the rest of you did. Many of the rest of you who missed out last time should probably check your emails as perhaps they're doing a second wave.

No - I have a lot of cake recipe books and recently borrowed Rachel Allen's "Cake" and thought it was excellent. Bound to be on offer somewhere. I do not like any of the recipe books linked to GBBO. Too odd or fiddly and few pictures.

Girl - glad you liked the idea of the teddy. I also got DD a "my first Xmas" bauble which had the year on it. If you already have an older DC (and I think you do) then some of the notonthehighstreet people will "back date" one so you could get it done for them too. Places like Mothercare, Boots etc will only do this year's date.

DreamlessSleep · 29/10/2013 12:32

It has probably been mentioned already but Debenhams are doing 10% off orders over £50 with the code 'GM29' and a free £10 gift card for orders over £50. I presume it works together but havent used it.

creepycadence · 29/10/2013 12:37

My £6 highchair came this morning :) Not looked at it yet, will do so tonight when dc are in bed and will report back. Really impressed with the delivery time though, less than 24 hours after I ordered it.

babyseal · 29/10/2013 12:49

I went RL shopping this morning and it was crap as nothing was cheap enough Grin Grin Grin . I did notice in Tk Maxx though they have loads of discounted Le Cruset though, shame that I have no-one to buy for who would appreciate it.

shelley72 · 29/10/2013 12:52

Thanks for the tip about longleat. Will check out the tesco website. We are also a family of four (plus baby) so the costs of these things are huge, on to of the usual Christmas spend. Have heard good things about longleat in previous years but the children do like PPW. Hope you have a good time Smile

Titsalinabumsquash · 29/10/2013 12:56

Le cruset you say?! I have a sister that has asked for 'naice' cooking pots/pans for Christmas Grin

ThisIsMeNow · 29/10/2013 13:11

Best place for Christmas cards? Any ideas? Need single ones for partner, mum, dad etc.

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 29/10/2013 13:11

Ill have a look on notonthehighstreet weetabix. I do have DD1 so I'd prefer tiger them both the same.

I no longer have wooden kitchen aid envy! My sainsburys had new stock in so I snapped one up. I can't wait to play with this kitchen on Christmas Day!! Grin

Badvoc · 29/10/2013 13:18

Asda had some lovely 2 for £20 toys.
Was impressed.

I've been real life shopping today. It was horrible. Full of people and queues. However I did survive and can report that B&M have role play sets such as vets, schools and post office for £6.99, fashion designer sets for £1, build your own motorbike £1 marked down from £5 (I think), paint your own canvas for £1 and sets of all Scooby Doo characters for £6.99.

creepycadence · 29/10/2013 13:29

Disney Store online (not sure if instore too, sorry):

Buy 1 get 1 free on large soft toys.

25% off Monsters University toys.

Very very cute Christmas decorations (not on offer, sorry but worth paying full whack IMO) Grin

Free delivery over £50.

Crutchlow35 · 29/10/2013 13:30

Who ever mentioned above about Molton Brown and codes and P&P is right. The discount is almost knocked out by their extortionate P&P. It is why I rarely buy from them now. I so wish they were still on QVC. They used to do an amazing Christmas gift.

Crutchlow35 · 29/10/2013 13:31

Runs off to Disney. I love their Christmas Decs. Always get new ones for my tree which is totally Disney.

Crutchlow35 · 29/10/2013 13:32

Can anyone tell me the book people code please? Can't find it.

shelley72 · 29/10/2013 13:33

I miss Molton Brown on QVC too Sad

weebarra · 29/10/2013 13:37

Crew Clothing have £10 off full price items with AUT12 until 11th November.

MooseyMoo · 29/10/2013 13:39

coveredinweetabix I got a £10 voucher today as well I got one last time too I used W008 for 15% off. If you're going to do a big shop £10 off with £50 spend use A537 (also £20 off £100 spend and £35 off £150 spend using this code)

Shoot, I was just about to buy pjs with that code from Tesco

MooseyMoo · 29/10/2013 13:41

Crutchlow35 · 29/10/2013 13:41

LaTrucha · 29/10/2013 13:46

This Skylander talking plush is half price today. £6.08.

Oooo highchair ummmm.... can't decide....

SpookyRestingFace · 29/10/2013 13:53

Not Christmassy, but I have 3 x codes for a free organic veg box from Abel & Cole, PM me if anyone would like one. You just need to not be an existing customer, and check on their website that they deliver in your area Halloween Smile

issynoho · 29/10/2013 13:56

Dotcom Giftshop order arrived - the £4.95 rabbit nightlight is identical to the Home Bargains £1.95 one. The smaller mushroom and squirrel ones are very cute but not looking so bargainous at £3.95.

Trousellier money and jewellery boxes also arrived - gorgeous! Need to think who's getting which one now.

All this talk of cheap(er) tablets has got me wanting one. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 for £99 at Asda was showing in stock in the groceries section, even though I rang my local branch and they said 'ooh no, love, we've sold out of those'. So I've ordered one to click and collect and am wondering at what point they will email to cancel.

Or do I double up my Tesco points and get £20 off a Hudl?

fromunsureofswansea · 29/10/2013 14:13

Spooky could I have a code? Am pondering trying them so would bw nice to try first! :)
