18th thread

If lost then see message 2 on the first page for the codes/info collated from previous threads (to save slow loading for those using phones).

Apologies that the long code list isn't fully updated from the last thread - I've been ill and haven't been able to keep up. If there's anything good which I can add to the next OP please will you fill me in and I'll add it? Thanks

Disney snakes and ladders is £6.75 (down from £15) with code YZ79

DrankSangriaInThePark · 26/10/2013 17:57

Wow Poop! That is some savings!

I clearly need to spend more! (actually, have finished for my Mum, and all my minor rellies, but dd and dp whose gifts obv take up the bulk of £££s still have some way to go, haven't even decided on dd's main present yet....)

TeaAndCakeOrDeath · 26/10/2013 17:57

Bridesmaids dvd/blu-ray £3 at Blockbuster

PoopPoooDeDooo · 26/10/2013 17:58

Oooh Moshlings reminded me that DD is after a squinkie castle, any deals to be had?

Also I really wanted this for DD Pretend School but £25 on Amazon was a bit steep.... just bought one almost identical in B&M for £7.99 Grin

ValiumQueen · 26/10/2013 18:01

Tesco Direct are very crafty. The moshi zoo is £15 from tesco, but £10 plus postage, and out of stock, from the Entertainer.

JaquelineHyde · 26/10/2013 18:02

Woohoo I have got 2 Hudl tablets to buy (1 for DS1 and one for DD1) and I have just managed to get one for £70 instead of £119 by doubling up my clubcard vouchers! £49 off, I'm chuffed.

I will buy the next one in a few weeks when I have the money and then apart from selection boxes and chocolate coins that is me done Grin

JaquelineHyde · 26/10/2013 18:04

Valium did you click through on my link as I just ordered one for £10 from Tesco. I'm collecting it on Tuesday.

Reastie · 26/10/2013 18:05

I've got a naked wine code. No idea if it's personal to me and use once or not but you're welcome to try. It's for £60 off wine (min order £100). Code is GOURMETNEW and password is VINEYARD. New customers only.

Thanks for beawheesht, my Batman-mad ds is going to be a very happy boy this Christmas, hi-tops, boxers and toothbrush ordered.

JaquelineHyde · 26/10/2013 18:08

Also Tesco have a decent selection of pillow pets for £10.

BeaWheesht · 26/10/2013 18:17

babyseal yay am so pleased the link was useful !

ValiumQueen · 26/10/2013 18:17

How bizarre JacquelineHyde! Thank you. Do you have a secret Tesco portal or something, as I went via the main site.

Chockywockydoodah · 26/10/2013 18:20

Leapfrog shape sharing picnic basket £13.33

Leapfrog Discovery House £10

JaquelineHyde · 26/10/2013 18:22

Grin Shhhhhh Valium don't tell everyone about my portal or they will all want one!

notso · 26/10/2013 18:30

Have been to Morries for the 5th time but STILL no Baileys! I complained at customer services that I thought they had never had any, the woman said they had only had 1 box, and I more was due in tonight.

ApocalypseMeow · 26/10/2013 18:31

My local Ikea had small Christmas goats ( about 4 inches tall) for 50p today!

TheIggorcist · 26/10/2013 18:32

Local Morrisons has sold out of Baileys - myself and another mumsnetter woman were scanning the shelves at the same time Grin They have annuals for £4 there (half price)
Have just mentioned puppets to ds1 and he has said he thinks they're rubbish Sad so I guess that's my search for a cheap doorway theatre over!

NeverQuiteSure · 26/10/2013 18:43

Does anyone here play electric guitar? I have a secret santa to buy (£5 plus a reasonable allowance to cover postage costs) and have seen this clip on tuner that looks like it might make a useful gift.

My questions are (1) would it work on an electric guitar, (2) is it something an on/off recreational player would be likely to want/need/use.

I did rather fancy the plectrum punches linked to earlier, but they are just a little too much over budget.

Thanks in advance.

iloveholidays · 26/10/2013 18:43

do I pop over to sainsburys tonight? went through all the presents today and feel like I want to get another couple of presents for under the tree for DD1......

anyone been this afternoon? I've been clearing out kitchen stuff all day and really can't be bothered to go out but don't want to miss a bargain!!! Grin

Trazzletoes · 26/10/2013 18:43

Jealous.

Our local Morrisons sold out their entire 2 weeks' supply of Bailey's in 6 hours.

None of it came to my house.

Bitter.

acsec · 26/10/2013 18:44

Beeweesht could you get a passport cover and make a little passport to go in it? Or there are some passport notebooks.

acsec · 26/10/2013 18:46

Would anyone like my Graze box code? It gets you your 1st 5th and 10th boxes for free. Go to www.graze.co/friend enter this friend code FRANCE69B and tada!

CbeebiesIsMyLife · 26/10/2013 18:51

Jackline aldi have got their christmas chocolate coins for 50p - they increase the price to £1.00 in december, I just bought a load for our stockings!

CbeebiesIsMyLife · 26/10/2013 18:55

I love I went to sainsbury's on thursday and they didnt have a lot left, it was mainly big boxed stuff, the toy shelves were practically empty. But yours may be different? plus they could have had a delivery. I would have to go back!

LalyRawr · 26/10/2013 19:05

On the baileys thing, can you not buy it in another supermarket and get the voucher for the difference with their price match?
