18th thread

If lost then see message 2 on the first page for the codes/info collated from previous threads (to save slow loading for those using phones).

Apologies that the long code list isn't fully updated from the last thread - I've been ill and haven't been able to keep up. If there's anything good which I can add to the next OP please will you fill me in and I'll add it? Thanks

You should bung them on Ebay and get more money to spend on this thread.
:)

dolls world Gabriella- I think you can colour its hair? I got one for DSD anyways. £5.99 instead of £24.99

Rubybrazilianwax · 25/10/2013 22:16

waitmonkey the festive goat is from ikea. If you are truly part of the bargain cult you will buy one, shred it and burn on the fire on christmas eve while you dance round it in your christmas pj's, wearing a 99p owl pendant, a pair of free joules wellies clutching the cheapest bottle of bailies you can find Grin

giraffeseatpineapples · 25/10/2013 22:18

YeahBuddy · 25/10/2013 22:27

Thank you sooooo much to everyone on these threads - not just for the bargains, but for the ideas Grin Thanks

Tesco currently have all three Toy Story DVDs for £12.55 if that helps anyone www.tesco.com/direct/toy-story-1-3-collection-dvd-boxset/552-7043.prd?pageLevel=&skuId=552-7043

mrsbugsywugsy · 25/10/2013 22:31

Thanks neddle for the aquadoodle tip!

WannaSplitAPineapple · 25/10/2013 22:40

I managed to get rid of the giant text but I'm having trouble posting. This is my third attempt so hopefully third time lucky. It probably wasn't letting me post as I was boasting to moosey that I have a giant home and bargain just opened by my work and a tk maxx opened right by home.

I can't remember who pointed me in the direction of the works but I got a few rolls of brown packing paper in store and Ive just done my first ever ebay purchase on some Christmas ribbon.

Just seen FFFBOCT gets £10 off a £40 spend on tesco clothing.

HenriettaBrain · 25/10/2013 22:42

Hmm. The goat is not what I expected Blush

For some reason I had if in my head the goat would be plush, and fair isle print ConfusedConfused

numberfloutyfour · 25/10/2013 22:43

Reastie Thanks for putting the thread number in the title Flowers Spotted it really easily on the Christmas topic! Smile

BeaWheesht · 25/10/2013 22:49

Carphone warehouse is doing a tablet for £49 and free delivery. I've ordered one for dd (3) so I don't know what it's like.

ashamed of buying a tablet for a 3 year old

CbeebiesIsMyLife · 25/10/2013 22:57

giraffeseatpineapples · 25/10/2013 22:59

Is anyone doing the sign up to the sun for £1 get a £10 morrison voucher forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=4802805 . I nearly did but then decided I didnt want to give the sun my bank details!

IHeartKingThistle · 25/10/2013 23:02

Anyone actually got the vtech diary? Think DD would love it for her December birthday (7) but she's asked for her first proper camera for Christmas - would the fact that it has a camera (albeit 0.3 megapixels!) overlap with that too much? I think the diary itself and the virtual pet would be the exciting things for her - are those functions good?

MissLurkalot · 25/10/2013 23:08

IHeartKingThistle... Look at this instead.

www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00DE9IH8Q/ref=redir_mdp_mobile?keywords=vtech%20diary%20visual&qid=1382708016&ref_=sr_1_1&sr=8-1

We have the password journal and it's pretty rubbish to be honest. It fails to recognise the password 50% of the time.

Squeakygate · 25/10/2013 23:11

Im searching for a peg board and pegs for dd (3) has anyone seen anything that fits the bill and is on offer preferably!
also is there a separate thread for country living magazine and the wellies? I have had my magazine but no wellies.

IHeartKingThistle · 25/10/2013 23:13

That's the one I was looking at MissLurkalot! Not many reviews online.

Littlemousewithcloggson · 25/10/2013 23:32

Sorry if posted,
Gabriella girlsworld fashion doll £5.99 amazon, £25 elsewhere. Comes with hair colours and outfit. Looks a good deal.

RiverRocks · 25/10/2013 23:33

Bea I've just seen your question about the 'secret' stamp. Have you tried looking at office supply sites? I work in an office and we have one saying something similar.
If not, on eBay there are people who make their own stamps (I had one with my friends' names on when I did their wedding invites, try searching for it and look at the description. They can print them to say whatever you need); you'd just need to buy an ink pad (you can get them in Poundland in stationery sets)

BeaWheesht · 25/10/2013 23:34

Thanks river rocks - hadn't thought of eBay for some reason, will look.

mrsbugsywugsy · 25/10/2013 23:38

Cbeebies the Winnie the pooh one is £9.99 from toys r us as linked to by needle above or they have it for £11.50 delivered from Amazon - sorry can't do links on phone.

Rhinopotamus · 25/10/2013 23:38

Squeakygate I emailed Hearst about the wellies this week. They said they were still processing orders and getting more stock because of high demand. Said mine would be sent out as a priority when the stock comes in. I'll believe it when I see it. Almost the same reply from Glamour magazine about a goody bag.

I have a whole set of Ikea goats from a few years ago. All different.sizes. DH hates them and hides them when I put them out!

MissLurkalot · 25/10/2013 23:46

IHeartKingThistle..
Of yes, sorry, doh! I misread your post.
The password journal only has a small exercise book in and a little secret draw to hide things in.
Vtech are normally really good, and the fact it's electronic and has a camera sounds like a better one to me.

AliceinSlumberland · 25/10/2013 23:55

Ahhhh I've found some wolverine hi top vans on sale in America that DP would love and even after shipping and taxes etc come to £50 which isn't bad for vans. Problem is I'm not 100% sure of his shoe size and I've convinced myself they will sell out over night!!

Fingers crossed they don't as I can't check sizing till tomorrow.
