Does this sound ok for my 4yr old ds?

I always panic that I haven't got enough / the presents aren't right and then I end up buying something random. Please reassure me this is ok! Feel free to post your lists for dc too.

Gooey louie game
Silly moo game
Imaginext T. rex
Imaginext pterodactyl
Imaginext apatosaurus
Paper jamz guitar
Some books
Furreal cuddles the monkey
Furreal daisy the cat
Light strike pistol (x 3 so we can all play)
Little army tank set
Fire breathing toothless the dragon
Bucket of craft things

That's plenty isn't it?! Isn't it?! I kind of want to get him some wooden musical instruments too as he loves the music corner at school. Most of the things on his list he has asked for - in particular the furreal toys. I am not very keen but he is adamant.

Sounds like a lot to me.

DS also 4 and we have got him

Lego creator treehouse
Playmobil soldiers fortress (one will be from us, one from FC)

Planning to get him a book to read in Advent (Father Christmas needs a wee), new pair of PJs and then stocking bits (e.g. pencil sharpener type things).

He does have a lot of aunts and uncles and doting grandparents though, so maybe your DS doesn't get loads from other people like our DS does?!

IsItMeOr · 20/10/2013 22:42

Ooh, just remembered I've also got a board game that I was planning to be for all of us, possibly from FC.

Feel like I am on a different planet. Normally only get ds's one or two big presents.

No, hardly anyone else buys for my ds - my family is teeny tiny and only my parents buy. Dh's family is huge but they don't do gifts. Pil usually give some money for ds's savings. Which is lovely but isn't something he really appreciates at the moment.
