Made my Xmas pudding today whilst listening to Michael Bubles Xmas album. Now just to steam them tomorrow !!!

Going to make Delia Smiths Xmas chutney next week :-)

Any one else have any good Xmas food recipe recommendations? Just been looking for a good ham one, may try Nigella's coca cola one, although not until much closer to the big day itself !

Waitrose have their Christmas cake kits on offer at £7.00 now. All you need to add is eggs & icing after its baked, its all pre-weighed so tip into a bowl & get mixing!

Make your mince pies now if you have space to freeze them.

Excellent will have a look in waitrose next week.

Sadly I only have a small freezer but if I actually cleared it out I may have room for a few mince pies.
