My DD (15) is a nightmare to buy for, mainly as she is a bit overindulged by her Dad (only child for him, oldest of 4 for me). She is a good girl and not at all bratty about things, she even sneaks a bit of lego on her Xmas list still but this year is stumping me gift wise. She has all the gadgets..an IPAD, a kindle, a new S4 phone, Tv/DVD/Sky multi room package, MacAir. She has heaps of trainers (her fashion weakness) and regularly goes on little shopping trips for nice gear/perfumes/designer bags. Before I am lambasted for allowing this level of spoiling, I should say that she has never asked for anything really, she is just the outlet for her dads rather deprived upbringing and subsequent success and so I just try to keep her level headed.
Anyone else struggle with the kid who has everything? what are you getting your teenagers?
