I am thinking about getting a Leap Pad Reader/Books for my daughter (age 5) Good idea or a waste of money??
She loves her letters and is desperate to be able to read more. We spend a lot of time reading books together. I like the idea of her being able to practice reading by herself from time to time. I'm not keen on hand held gaming thingamebobs although I'm sure we will end up with them as the kids get older.
Does anyone have experience of these?
