Inno tab 3 or the 3s what's the difference?

I've been seeing many threads about deals on these inno tabs. I'd love to buy one for my ds who will be 3 feb. Now because of the great deals on prices, I'm not sure which one to go for. Does it matter? I'm just hoping he will leave my iPhone alone.
