Looking for recommendations for which lego board games would be best for an 8 year old?
Thanks

The sheep one is the best of the ones we've had - even i enjoy playing it and it's very straightforward.

it's this one:

Creationary was pretty good too I just remembered. we also had the pirate one and the Harry Potter one and maybe one about a Dragon? But definitely the sheep one was the most fun - it's fine for younger kids (maybe from about age 3) but my boys were probably older than 8 when we got it and we all enjoyed it.

I bought Lego creationary from home bargains last week as a present and it cost £14.99 - it was £24 on amazon.

Keep meaning to go back and get one but I bet they are flying off the shelves. The othe home bargains near me had the Harry potter Lego game in and both of them had a halo Lego game so probably a good place to look for them if you do want to get one!

We have shave a sheep. Would highly recommend it, dd played it from 3yo and I still enjoy it, a proper family game!

We live shave a sheep too. Also the minotaur one.

We have minotaurus and the hogwarts one which are pretty good. Also Kokorico (sp?) which I bought for my friend.

I've bought DH the hobbit one for Xmas!

B&M had the pirate plank one today for 6.99. Not sure what its like but I needed to get another one so thanks for the recommendations.

We have shave a sheep and creationary which are both great and get played with regularly by dd (8) and friends.

Thanks all. I will have a look in Home Bargains and also track some of these suggestions on Camel Camel. Sheep game sounds popular though so many thanks.
