Home made marzipan without eggs?

I am planning on making my own marzipan for the Christmas cake this year but want to make it without raw eggs as it will be feeding some of the "at risk" groups. Do any of you have any tried and tested recipes? I've done a google search but the recipes seem to get mixed reviews.

Haven't used a recipe - but orgran no egg replacer has worked brilliantly in other baking. Maybe do a trial with your favorite recipe using it as a substitute.

Thank you, I have never heard of that, is it freely available in the supermarkets?

They usually stock it on amazon, ocado also have (so maybe waitrose also) and some health food shops too. Orgran also do cake mix, gravy etc which cater to allergy or at risk groups. Maybe helpful to have a look.

Here's the link to the no egg product -
