So my poor little ds 2, who is one next month, really is the second hand child. But I want to buy him a naice Christmas present. But what?!

Toys left over from DS 1 include a garage and chunky cars, cooker with food, little tykes zebra, various sorters and telephones and push along walking toy. So what else is there?!

Money is not no object I am afraid I am looking £100ish including stocking from Father Christmas.

DH helpfully said "don't bother" erm ds 1 will notice ...

So anyone got any ideas ... please

Dd has got the 123 truck.in the little hut, and she likes it, but favours her Happyland stuff.

Am sure others dcs prefer 123 though. MAybe get one or two bits of each and if he displays a preference you can favour that?

a MN classic suggestion - big box of scrumpled paper and balloons.

do they have a pop-up play tunnel? most played with 'big' toy in our house.

I'd probably go for a Wagon or something like these:

My boys had the Playmobil 123 farm and had a lot of play out of it.

A little pop up tend would be good too - we had the Ikea tent and used to put ity up in the bedroom and have picnics in it as well as sleeping in it and playing with it outdoors too. We bought it when No1 son was coming up for 1 and they were still using it last year at age 12 and 11 :o Best Fiver I've ever spent!
