So.... I've started my various jars of infused alcohols for Christmas but am wondering why does the Cherry Brandy recipe call for 1/4 pint of brandy per one pound of fruit when all of my other brandy, gin and vodka recipes call for one liter of alcohol per one pound of fruit. Any ideas?
