I made one from a pattern I bought on etsy:

I found it worked well although cost a fair bit in fabric but I do have enough to make another 10!

We've got these two from www.bigfatballoons.co.uk they're great and look cute rather than the scary one in the book and they're small enough to be easy to hide every day so great for younger kids
