Crafts for WI Stall

I need to make something for a WI Christmas stall, it's for October so needs to be something decorative or something that will keep.

Needs to be fairly cheap and easy to make as I'll need to do quite a few.

Any ideas would be appreciated :)

Reindeer food - instant porridge oats and glitter, in a muslin bag (or suitable material squares) tie up with ribbon and a poem, google reindeer food poem. Simple and cheap :-)

A few years ago, I made a bunch of small stockings about 1" tall, blanket stitched together and just sewed a few beads or felt shapes onto the front of them (5 strands of beads in the same colour pattern each making a star shape, white beads placed randomly with some white lace at the bottom as a snowy one, little heart shapes in felt, etc) and a hanging loop of ribbon attached (most of the ribbons were loops I kept from clothes tags).

They are JUST big enough to put a candy cane into. If you make them big enough, you could always either display with canes for show, or even sell with a cane included (but LEAVE IT IN THE WRAPPER!!!!).

Easy enough to do as an "assembly line" operation a couple of days/weeks ahead, would be snowman soups or reindeer poops. Small cellophane bags with a cardboard topper (search the net for good ones). Snowman soup is a packet of hot choc mix, couple of baby marshmallows, candy cane as swixxle stick, and maybe a mini choc shape (think of the ones that come in nets in M&S or Aldi). Reindeer poop is just chocolate raisins, Snowman poop is yoghurt covered raisins. (I've done Reindeer poop and Snowman Soup on 2 seperate years for DD's class, as her "birthday treat" rolled into Christmassy treat - she's a Boxing day babe - and they've gone down great. I need a new idea for this year though).
