I cooked the ham in coke that everyone is talking about and it was brilliant. I did it today, 2 hours on the stove and 20 mins blast in v hot oven with marinade on top. Had 6 adults and 2 kids (one veggie and one poorly so not eating), the whole lot all 2kgs went! I also made a lasagne which pretty much was untouched!
Everyone loved the ham, even ham hating DH. I did it with homemade coleslaw, garlic and rosemary foccaci, new pots and peas (plus banoffee pie and cheese and bics).
