All personal opinion of course but I'll start with SPORTS DIRECT words fail me.....

Matalan

They didn't deliver one item, and won't even offer me a refund. I believe that's called thieving.

WHSmith things always seem to arrive crushed due to being put in a crappy bag, not a box.

They are quite difficult to return. (due to staff in store not having online training)

They also cancel items without warning.

TKMaxx have been fantastic. Very very good.

H&M is always chaotic with ordering and returns. NEVER again.

My huge online Tesco Christmas grocery order was delivered but with a LOT of substitutions. Some were reasonable but the much-anticipated beef, port and thyme gravy (catering for 13) was substituted with... frozen yorkshire puddings!!!!!

Brainonastick, I had similar problems with matalan the one and only time I ordered from them. Their customer service is beyond shit

I am very disappointed you now have to pay postage for Mothercare/ELC for orders until £30 :( I only wanted to buy a pair of PJs for DS and they didn't have them instore so even though I ordered them instore they still made me pay £2.95 to have them delivered to my home address
