magic snow..does it work?

Got some magic snow in poundland..might be a load of shite but thought I would try to bring some extra magic for the dc..thinking of leaving some around fireplace and along the hall..anyone tried it,does it in anyway look like the real thing!?

Is that the stuff you add water to? If so then I had some last year and it was horrible. It was like the absorbant stuff inside a nappy (if you've ever accidentally put a nappy through a washing machine then you'll know what I mean!)
I did get some a few years ago from Hawkins Bazaar that was much more realistic looking.

We've got some and have found it to be fairly realistic.

I got insta-snow from eBay. It feels great and looks realistic. Just add water and it grows. Easy to clean up to just vacuums up

Insta-snow! That's the stuff they had at the children's centre I was at earlier tis week.
