Help - what on earth can i get for my brother?

He is in his forties, single - budget around £50 or £60. I usually get him a box set or cds that he has asked for. He likes clothes and obscure music. He has given me no ideas. I would be very grateful for any suggestions.

Check if he has an Amazon wish list?
Subscription to magazine - maybe films/specialist interest/bloke type mag?
A nice shirt - Ted Baker or something?

My brother is equally difficult and has a birthday in January.

Nice scarf?
White Stuff do nice casual shirts and cardigans
Games of Thrones DVD box set
Something that he can listen to obscure music on - radio, ipod dock thingy, etc

Unusual music ideas:

The black keys
Asaf Avidan

Both very good albums

Thanks for the suggestions. He eventually came back to me with the idea of a framed print, so I'm getting him that. My choice of print, so kind of still a surprise.
