prawn cocktail starter

we r hosting xmas lunch this year and have my dad sister me my dp and dd2 ( dd1 @ her dads and my mum at work all day) and am doing a prawn covktail starter but need some ideas to make it special.
what do i serve it in was thinking cocktail glasses?

My mum does it every Xmas. Very 80s but we love it. She serves it on a small plate with the prawns on top of shredded iceberg lettuce, with smoked salmon and large (king?) prawns to the side.

You could do it in cocktail glasses, but the best thing about being on plates is that you can prepare them early and stack them in the fridge.

what kind of sauce do you use? just got colemans prawm sauce

I do mine in like a dessert trifle glass things, i usually use thousand island dressing from Kraft, prawns, shredded lettuce and sliced peach but i cant find Kraft dressing ANYWHERE this year :(
