Ok, I need to get my neice (11 months) and nephew (3 years) Christmas presents. I have already got nephew the cbeebies double album at sil's request, but I want to get him something extra as it was quite inexpensive. Sil had no idea what niece would like as she has all nephew's old stuff. Anyone have by ideas? Want to spend £20ish each.

My niece is under a year and i ahve gotten her the hello kitty musicalbeads toy, it's about £11 in most places I think? I've also added the vtech sing along microphone (£7.89 amazon)

3 years old is a good age for role play toys. Doctor's kit, tool kit, play food/kitchen stuff and fairy wings are all well played with by my 2.5 year old DD and 4 year old DS. Duplo is also very popular, but don't spend too much as they tend to get into Lego at 4 years old.

I can't for the life of me remember what mine liked at 11 months. A ball? They can never have too many of those it would seem. If you can avoid noisy flashy toys, their parents will love you Grin

Pooh thanks done fab ideas! Nephew is really into role play at the moment so that's a good idea. I was having a total mind blank!!

Dd was 15 months last Christmas and loved her pram - if your dn isn't walking yet she will be soon so that might be an idea? Or she also got this which is great (and much cheaper in teaco / asda etc)

The nephew might like the Octonauts gup x if you don't get a role play thing. It's £25 in asda.
