Hello MrsChristmas

Am home, went to work and then had to rush back as got call from DS's school that he is really poorly. Sitting on the sofa now getting his energy back and me relaxing. Wouldn't it be great if I could actually complete my Christmas shopping today? On a weekday? Ah well, he comes first, need to make sure he is better.

Aww, poor DS, Mama. Hope he feels better soon.

I won't complete all my shopping till the 23rd, I know that, but I don't mind ! That will be ALL the shopping though, which leaves the 24th free for anything that is missing. Hopefully nothing !

Very cold here today, I just hope the snow doesn't surprise us all and throw my plans into chaos !

It always seems like people start getting a bit manic about it now, as if they have only just realised it's 2 weeks tomorrow ! It comes the same time every year, doesn't it ?!

He just had a mega nap of two hours. He really isn't himself. Hope he gets better soon, hate seeing him like this.

This time of the year always brings back lovely memories. Four years ago I was already preggers without knowing. He was my little Christmas miracle as I found out Christmas Eve .

I will definitely get the final presents (stocking fillers) next Saturday and then do the final food shop sometime between the 22nd and 23rd in the hope that I won't have forgotten anything.

I feel panicky, but only because I work full-time for the first time since having DS and it's just so weird trying to get everything organized. Before I had him I didn't have to worry about stockings and little presents. Ah well...

Rambling now. Where is the rest?

I'm here! We were very busy yesterday with all the snow!
Feeling a bit annoyed with myself, we bought tickets to a Christmas concert for last night ... and with all the excitement of the snow, we forgot to go.

Sorry to hear baby Pizza is poorly. Hope he gets well soon. I am keeping up with your elf blog, btw, looks like you are doing a great job!

What shopping do you still need to do? We are all done, apart from vegetables, of course. But then, we don't do presents for others, makes life easier.

Two weeks tomorrow! It comes round too fast. I love the build up, I want it to last longer!
