What do you eat on Boxing Day?

We normally have about 20 for a meal on BD.

Nothing too onerous for the love of baublrs.

And I like to avoid anything too Roasty, iyswim?

please may I steal your ideas?

Same as bedmonster we go to ILS for Boxing Day and have a re-run of Christmas Day opening of Christmas presents then the turkey etc

Leftover meats cold with potato salad, coleslaw, salad, pickles and olives, nice chutney.

Later - Cheeseboard, biscuits, grapes, cheese straws, crisps etc
