I normally make a Christmas cake in a round tin (forget the size), but half gets left over. I am Gluten Free, but DH would rather I made a normal cake.
Do you reckon I can make two smaller fruit cakes in loaf tins, using my normal recipe (handed down from Woman's Weekly in 1972!). Any idea how long they would take to cook?
