Does anyone know of anywhere stocking Harry potter lego that isn't 3 million pounds for a something tiny? I have no problems paying for lego in principal, it never ever gets thrown away and it doesn't break, so it's not a disposable toy, and the quality is excellent.
We have Hogwarts, Quidditch, Hagrids Hut and something else which I can't remember, and i'm sure last year I saw the knight bus for around £35, but it's about £50 everywhere now and I also can't find any other new sets.

Prices on amazon's German site seem to be cheaper

www.amazon.de/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_1_4/279-3144124-2612418?__mk_de_DE=%C5M%C5Z%D5%D1&url=search-alias%3Dtoys&field-keywords=harry+potter+lego&sprefix=Harr%2Ctoys%2C363 but am not sure whether you can ship to a uk address. You ought to be able to - single market and all that... Any German speakers out there?

Looks like they do, you'd just need to work out the exchange rate and delivery cost.

As a general rule the Lego sets which don't have an external brand to pay for are noticeably more reasonably priced. Unless your DCs are total HP obsessives I'd look at the Monster Fighters kits including the Vampyre Castle or Ghost Train which are very good value at Argos, and will fit in nicely with HP games.

Agree the Monster Fighter sets are great. And they glow in the dark Xmas Grin

They dont produce the Harry Potter lego now why its even more expensive than it was. I managed to get the train on ebay last week for £42 but it doesnt have instructions, but they are easily available on line.

Mind you, my local toy shop is stocking Knight Bus for 30 quid and the train for 80. Where are you OP?

Ebay.

I sold the old version set of The Chamber of the Winged Keys for 75 bloody pence last week Angry and the Dobby's Release set didn't sell.....
