We bought it last year for ds(then 5) and dd(then 3) to share enjoy using it and live the games on it, you could say its a present that gets used a lot x

My dds both love it. Dd1 is 4.5 and got it for Xmas last year, still plays with it now. Dd2 is 18mo and also enjoys it. However if your dd is older than 4 and you want it for her to take actual photos on, I'd get a cheap'proper' digi camera instead though. The photos aren't great on it, but it is v sturdy and the dds love the games, voice recorder and video functions.

Dd will be 6 does she seem a little old for it xx

I would say that most 6 year olds have outgrown it and agree with chaos that a proper digital camera would be better just not so robust.

I saw a v reasonable hello Kitty digi camera somewhere, but I can't remember where . Possibly sainsburys.

We have three, we got them two years ago when the children were 8,6, and 4, and they have loved them. They are also all still working having been dropped, trodden on, bounced and generally manhandled for two years. They still use them, to take pictures and video and to play the little built in games.
For us they were a great buy and even DD who is now 10 still uses hers regularly.
