I'm a bit stuck for dd this year and her list goes from £1 presents to video camera (no way) with nothing in between!

My DD's wish list:
bean bag
xbox game
giant slipper (!)
fleece onesie
H&M voucher

DD does dire Christmas lists, all she has on hers is My Secret Safe Diary, a Skylanders figure (Camo) and an annual (Skylanders or One Direction)

I've bought her a fleece Onsie as she asked for one as her Christmas Eve pyjamas and she'll be get a load of sparkly girl tat (not my idea, I hate pink sparkly stuff but she loves it so...) in her stocking.

slipper socks
sweets
selection box (her fav thing Hmm)

I've also got her a ticket to see Horrible Histories (with me of course ;) )

For my 9yr old DS, who acts more like a girl than a boy, I have gotten him:

A camcorder
Books
Monster High Dolls
Tablet
Furby
Keyboard

He actually only asked for the Monster High Dolls and Furby.....

OwllwOOwllwO · 27/11/2012 23:56

Oh just remembered I ordered him ABBA just dance for the Wii Grin

DoubleMum · 28/11/2012 06:03

Ooh I didn't know there was Abba Just Dance, DD will love that

GraceOfWrath · 28/11/2012 07:06

LOL! She has some monster high tarty tat coming her way already.
I'm afraid I'm a mean arse who won't let anyone buy her an annoying furbie (she has mentioned it once but more because her friend is getting one, I don't think she really wants one)

Yy to notebooks, pens, books - all very popular with dd too.

It's both sets of grandparents who are stuck for ideas, they are generous and want to buy her something a bit bigger than notebooks etc iykwim.

Can anyone recommend any DS or wii games she might like? She is arty, imaginative sort Smile

DD loves Wii Sing, and the drawing tablet is quite good.

TheWildOnes · 28/11/2012 09:58

Tablet with cover/keyboard
Books/Annual
Counting money Jar
Build a Bear Wardrobe
Bubblegum Machine
Craft sets
Little Bib Planet figure
Lego

Also going to get her make up, selection box, chocolate coins, Moshi Monster membership, have no idea what else.

OwllwOOwllwO · 28/11/2012 18:06

DoubleMum I think I paid £8 for ABBA Just Dance off Amazon Smile

DoubleMum · 28/11/2012 18:39

My dd 9 list is also poor. It consists of doll, pram, Barbie cruise ship, foot spa!

Most other stuff on the list she put because she feels she needed to add stuff. The things she wants most are tv for bedroom, iPad, laptop. I'm not getting any of those due to the cost and if she had a tv in her room she would never leave so I'm getting:
Doll, pram, dolls car seat, tablet, DVDs, CDs, books, flicker scooter, possibly a dressing table and chair for bedroom, she also wants a bigger bedroom so I'm doing a voucher which will state that I promise in new year I will knock down partition wall between her room and spare bedroom to make a bigger bedroom which she can choose paint/wallpaper etc.
