Our elf arrived last Sunday because I'm too impatient

Wish I was at work tomorrow when the boys get up! I've left MB 'jingles' the elf in a box with bedding. He's arriving with his passport, 2 report books (for the boys behaviour), two letters from Santa, and a letter each for the boys from jingles. He's also taken a treat with him, the Elf DVD and a bag of popcorn for a movie night. On Sunday morning the boys will come down to the kitchen with a messy/floury surface and some gingerbread em and tubes of icing for the boys to decorate. Monday morning they will find jingles beside their advent calendar with loads of sweetie wrappers and an apology for eating loads of chocolate but thankfully he got full up before he got stuck into the advent calendar :-)

This elf thing is new to me as my Dcs are grown up but is sounds like a lot of hard work and pretty creepy. This toy watches the children and is not allowed to be touched, yet moves around the house by itself? That would give me bloody nightmares. How much does this thing cost?

Haggis! You are the first I meet too! When was your DS born? Mine is 2009 and there were 11 others with that name according to the statistics data thingy.
