Homemade hamper

I am looking for some inspiration
I have decided to make a Christmas hamper for my sister and her husband as their gift. My sister is not the type to want big gifts etc and loves presents that are thought through. Am making it from scratch but am now stumped for ideas. So far I have:
Really good olive oil
A couple of bottles of nice wine and small bottle of Jamesons
Lovely biscuits and chocolate
Jam and chutney
Two wine glasses (a pair of John Lewis lovelies!)

And that is as far as I have got. I want it to be special but just cannot think of anything else. Because it is for both of them I plan on putting as much as I can in the basket.
Does anyone have any ideas??

Fudge? Some dried bread (crustini??), sundried tomatoes and olives to go with the oil? Chocolate? Some dried pasta and a jar of pesto?

I suspect the fudge will make it's way into my gob before the hamper though

If I was sent one, I'd love jars of sundried tomatoes, artichokes, olives, some oilive oil, champagne, salt and vinegar kettle crisps, pistachios. turkish delight, minty chocolate thins, a bag of ground coffee, some proper italian pasta with a jar of pesto and an M&S lemon drizzle cake.

Ahhhh....coffeee.... brilliant. They both love fresh coffee

Oh, and fluffy socks and a cashmere scarf, hat and gloves.

You could to coffee, sugar on a stick and a coffee pot.

What about some speciality teas .

Tea.... yes!! Seriously.... my brain is dead. Why did I not think of that either. Thank you lovely MN ladies

Put a special little tree decoration in too? So there is something to remind them in years to come.

I do dp on each year but his tend to focus on the chutneys, pickled onions, cheese, pork pie side of things. So far this year I've got him some different kinds of mustard and some barbecue sauce with Jack Daniels, plus various bags of nuts, including the Japanese seaweedy ones and those roasted broad bean things because I love them!

a lovely mug each, with sachets of whatever they like to drink eg hot choc, coffee, tea etc. also bits to go with, sugar cubes, sprinkles, baileys etc.

Some nice cheese straws/thins
cashew nuts
Wasabi peas
posh macaroons
Nice mug (cath kidston), hot choc , mini Marshallows
classic dvd (its a wonderful life) and popcorn

Ooooo.... some nice pate and melba toasts
