Trouble with Amazon Black Friday deliveries??

Has anyone else had their Black Friday orders refunded as undeliverable? I 'won' the Melissa and Doug beads and dress up dolls and last night they were processed as undeliverable and refunded to my card - I am home 80% of the time and no card was ever left and usually couriers leave with a neighbour.

I'm super pissed off and very suspicious they never had the stock but if I'm the only one then maybe it really was a one off

Did they ever get despatched? Sounds like they just cancelled your order

After a couple of somewhat tetchy emails from myself Amazon have said if I re-order they will refund me the difference between current price and Black Friday price so good result.

I will order with DH's prime account thingy and hopefully next day delivery will have them in hand very soon.

Looks like it perhaps wasn't a fault with Amazon and more like incompetent courier??

Just had this same thing happen to me. Funnily enough the item I ordered full price the same day turned up fine! Amazon not interested at all. Post Office didn't try to deliver as have had no notification at all from them.

Am now concerned the other 2 things I 'won' in Black Friday sale will go the same way, Amazon completely un bothered about that too! Am seriously unimpressed.
